Noxious Weeds

Noxious Weeds

We kill all types of Noxious Weeds - in particular Ragwort.

Under the Noxious Weeds Act 1936, persons responsible for land on which noxious weeds (ragwort, thistle, dock, common barbary, male wild hop, wild oat) are found growing, they are required to destroy such weeds. The owner, occupier, user or manager of lands on which these weeds are growing is liable, upon conviction, to a fine of up to €1,000.
